By opting in to receive text messages from Humanitas Holdings, Inc. ("Humanitas Staffing"), you agree to the following terms:

Program Name

Humanitas Staffing Employment Alerts

Program Description

Humanitas Holdings, Inc. sends SMS/text messages to registered employees and job applicants regarding job opportunities, shift assignments, availability checks, onboarding instructions, and employment-related updates.

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on job availability and your employment status. You may receive multiple messages per week during active placement periods. Automated messages may be sent on a recurring schedule.

Message and Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply. Please contact your wireless carrier for details about your text messaging plan. Humanitas Holdings is not responsible for any charges incurred from your carrier.

Opt-In

You consent to receive text messages by:

  • Completing an employment application on our website at humanitasholdings.com/apply-now

  • Filling out a paper application at our office that includes SMS consent

  • Texting START to (424) 999-7629

Opt-Out

You may opt out of receiving text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message from us. After opting out, you will receive a one-time confirmation message. No further messages will be sent unless you opt back in.

Supported Carriers

Our messaging service supports all major US carriers including AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, Sprint, and others. Carrier delivery is not guaranteed.

General Terms

Services

Humanitas Holdings, Inc. is a staffing agency that provides temporary and permanent staffing solutions. By using our services, submitting an application, or communicating with us, you agree to these terms.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age and legally authorized to work in the United States to use our staffing services.

Accuracy of Information

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information on your employment application and to update your information as needed. Providing false or misleading information may result in termination of your relationship with Humanitas Holdings.

Employment Relationship

Humanitas Holdings is the employer of record for temporary staffing assignments. Assignment to a client company does not create an employment relationship between you and the client company.

Workplace Safety

You agree to follow all workplace safety rules and regulations at assigned job sites. Any workplace injuries must be reported immediately to Humanitas Holdings.

Confidentiality

You agree not to disclose confidential information belonging to Humanitas Holdings or its client companies obtained during the course of your assignment.

Limitation of Liability

Humanitas Holdings is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services, website, or SMS messaging program.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on our website. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.
